I’m Carys! In the nuttiest of nutshells I can muster - I’m laid back and friendly, I focus on documenting your day (95% candids, 5% guided posing) and your comfort is always my priority.

I’m trained in documentary photography, so together we can create a beautiful visual story of your day. I use mainly natural light (no distracting flash). Each image is edited individually, no one-sized fits all filters here. My colours are bold - and you’ll receive black and white copies of every photo too. For couple and group shots (which I’ll keep to a minimum time so it doesn’t eat too much into your day) I will help you every step of the way to feel confident and make the process easy. You can expect to receive lots of the key moments, some details shots of decor / little touches, loads of genuine smiles of people who forget I’m there as I blend into the background. You can also expect as much open and friendly communication as you’d like, before, during or after your wedding day. I’ve got your back!

I absolutely love to travel, exploring new places is one of my favourite things about my job. So - yes I’m primarily a Yorkshire Wedding Photographer - I frequently work in London - after living there for a decade until recently. I work across the UK, I’ve photographed in 9 counties so far and many more to come. There may be an additional travel expenses.

In short: 2-3 months.
Every contract will state the date which you can expect the final photos by. Within two weeks of your wedding, you'll receive a batch of unedited and watermarked photos - equating to roughly double the amount of whatever is included in your package. This way you get the final say on which you'd like to be edited and retouched. Whenever you've chosen them and let me know, it'll be roughly 2-3 weeks from that point until finalising. -
Don't worry, I get that it's a lot - lets arrange a phone or video call, or in-person meet. I can then summarise everything wedding photography is about, we can chat more about your ideas / plans and work out the best way forward. I'll make it as easy and stress free as possible!!
Gold wedding photography Package - £1295
This wedding photography includes everything from the first preparations to the final celebrations of your wedding day, capturing all the special moments, details, interactions and all of the fun. Telling a full visual story to capture all the memories.
Usually enough time to capture all aspects of the day: Getting ready of both of you, arrival at venue, during ceremony and leaving the venue, the reception, longer couple and family portrait session (choose as many groups as you’d like), cake cutting, dinner and speeches & first dance, party / guests dancing.
- In-person consultation prior to the wedding day
- 9-10 hours of photography
- 200 high quality images (telling a complete visual story of the day, individually edited, no one-size-fits-all filters used), blemish removal, colour grading, B&W and colour available
silver wedding photography package - £1095
This wedding photography package is for everyone who chooses not to capture the one-on-one moments with the couple’s close ones whilst getting ready and the party section. However, this includes the ceremony right through to the first dance!
With 7 hours, usually I would start 30 mins before the ceremony starts, to capture: Arrival at venue, during ceremony and leaving the venue, the reception, couple and family portraits, cake cutting, dinner and speeches & first dance.

- 140 high quality images (individually edited, no one-size-fits-all filters used), blemish removal, colour grading, B&W and colour available
bronze wedding photography package - £650
This wedding photography package is a more budget friendly option, which covers the mid-section of the wedding. From the ceremony onwards, however you choose to use the four hours!
I would start photographing at the Ceremony, through to the reception, couple and family portraits, dinner and speeches (if they take place within 4 hours).

- 80 high quality images (individually edited, no one-size-fits-all filters used), blemish removal, colour grading, B&W and colour available
EXTRA WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY OPTIONS
extra photos- £3 per image
Extra photos outside of the agreed amount in the package are available. Generally, I will give you about double what is included in your package, unedited and watermarked - so you are able to have full control over which images you would like to be sent in the final, edited selection. If you would like more than your allocated amount, just let me know and you can have extra images for only £3 per photo.
albums - £80 - £500
An array of beautiful albums are available upon request, please get in touch for more info so I can build a quote for you.
extra hours- £150 per hour
If you spot a package that looks good to you but you’d like to boost the time I’m there - no worries, extra time is available for £150 per ‘shooting hour’ / i.e. extra editing time and extra photos are included as well. You will have a further 20 final edited photos per extra hour!
