Lorna and Meg have an incredible story, at the time of this photoshoot they were still in their mid 20’s and had been together for, unbelievably, 12 years already. They lived on the same street growing up and around the ages of 12 and 13 they realised they were more than just friends. Since growing up LGBTQ+ is still very challenging for most, they struggled for the first few years of their love.
They’ve overcome so much together and can now be open and celebrate their love just the way any heterosexual couple would. Sometimes, life just throws out a wildcard and it really pays off. Lorna & Meg can be an inspiration to all of us, that young love can last. What a beautiful tale… and what an honour to capture it with this stunning couple photography.
Oh and not to forget their lovely dog Cosmo came along and made the day!
